Deccan PU College is looking for an experienced and dedicated Accountancy Faculty with 3–5 years of teaching experience to deliver strong conceptual teaching, improve students’ problem-solving skills, and support excellent academic results. Key Responsibilities Teach 

Accountancy

for PU students as per the prescribed syllabus and academic calendar Explain concepts clearly and train students in problem-solving and numerical accuracy Cover key topics such as: Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance Final Accounts, Rectification of Errors Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) Depreciation, Bills of Exchange Partnership Accounts, Company Accounts

(as per syllabus) Conduct regular tests, assignments, and revision sessions Prepare students for

internal assessments and board examinations Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback Maintain attendance, academic records, and student performance reports Mentor students for academic improvement and exam readiness Participate in department meetings, academic planning, and college activities Maintain discipline and ensure a positive classroom environment Required Qualifications B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

(preferred) B.Ed

is an added advantage 3–5 years of teaching experience
