Shree Additives is looking for a dynamic
Sales Executive
for our seasoning Division to help expand our presence across the food manufacturing sector and partner with some of India’s most exciting food brands.

About the Role:
As an
Sales Executive,
you will play a critical role in driving business growth and strengthening the company’s market presence in food manufacturing segments such as snacks, processed foods, instant foods, and seasoning applications across the South Indian region (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala).
The role involves identifying and converting new B2B customers, developing strong relationships with existing accounts, and representing the company as a reliable ingredient partner for food manufacturers.
Your work will directly contribute to:
- Expanding our customer base in the B2B food industry
- Building long-term partnerships with food manufacturers
- Bringing innovative ingredient solutions to market
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Sales Development
- Drive business growth in the assigned territory
- Focus on strengthening the company’s presence across the South Indian food processing industry by building a sustainable customer base and growing the business with existing accounts
New Customer Acquisition
- Identify and engage potential B2B customers including snack manufacturers, processed food companies, seasoning manufacturers, and food brands.
- Identify and develop new customers in food processing sectors
- Convert leads into long-term business relationships
Key Account Management
- Maintain strong engagement with existing customers
- Ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Identify cross-selling and value-addition opportunities
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product launches
- Share market insights with the leadership and product teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with NPD, supply chain, and accounts teams
- Coordinate customer trials and technical support when required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in food ingredients, seasonings, flavours, or food processing industry.
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
- Ability to work with
R&D teams and procurement teams of food manufacturers
- Hands-on approach to market development and business growth
- Excellent communication and professional presentation skills
