Role Objective

To engage directly with

corporate decision-makers

(CEO, CTO, Founder, IT Head), present AI solutions, and

close paid AI software project deals .

⚠️ This is NOT a call-center or tele-sales role. This is a

high-ticket B2B AI sales position .

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with corporate clients Present and pitch AI software solutions Understand client requirements and propose AI solutions Close project orders and generate revenue Manage follow-ups and CRM

Compensation (Performance-Based)

₹2,00,000 per month + high incentives Salary eligibility only if at least 1 project order is closed within the first month Additional incentives on high-value deals

No Order = No Salary Results matter more than promises

Requirements

Proven experience in

B2B / Corporate Sales Basic to strong understanding of

AI / IT / Software / SaaS Confident communication in

English & Hindi Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills Target-driven and self-motivated mindset

Work Mode

Hybrid / Remote candidates are welcome Ability to handle corporate meetings and closures is mandatory
