We're Hiring | Analyst – Patient Engagement (Night Shift)

We are looking for experienced international calling professionals who are confident communicators and passionate about patient/customer service.

Role: Analyst – Patient Engagement

Experience Required: 1 year+ in International Calling / Customer Support / Healthcare Calling

RCM Experience: Preferred but not compulsory

Shift: Night Shift

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Note: Freshers are not eligible for this role

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound patient calls (appointments, rescheduling, cancellations)

Insurance verification & benefits check

Collect/update patient insurance details

Manage referrals and patient queries

Maintain documentation in PMS/EHR systems

Deliver a positive and empathetic patient experience

What we're looking for:

• Excellent English communication with neutral accent

• Strong customer service & problem-solving skills

• Ability to work efficiently in night shifts

• Healthcare/RCM knowledge is a plus
