Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for the role of Sr. Accounts & Finance Executive. The role involves managing financial records, processing transactions, handling sales and purchase tracking, accounts receivable and payable, tax compliance, ledger maintenance, audit support, and other accounts and finance-related activities, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com) or other related fields - Professional certifications such as CA (Inter)/CA, CPA, or similar will be an added advantage - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel - Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills - Collaborate with internal teams to support business and financial operations - Maintain accurate records of expenses, vendor payments, and petty cash - Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory audits and tax filings - Monitor inventory and purchase entries with cost accuracy - Implement and maintain accounting systems and internal financial controls

Requirements

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance - Experience in sales and purchase tracking and recording - Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable management - Understanding of tax compliance (GST, TDS) and other statutory requirements - Experience in ledger management, financial record maintenance, and transaction processing - Ability to support audits and maintain proper financial documentation - E-commerce industry experience is a plus
