Job Description

Job Title: MEP Engineer Job Description Summary The MEP Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, coordination, and quality control of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for a high‑end hospitality project. The role ensures seamless integration of all MEP services with civil and interior works to achieve timely, efficient, and high‑quality project delivery.

Job Description About the Role Lead and monitor execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire‑fighting, ELV, and related building services. Review and validate MEP design drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements. Coordinate MEP works with civil, interior, façade, and landscape teams to ensure alignment across disciplines. Supervise contractors, track progress, manage quality checks, and ensure adherence to project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections, maintain checklists, and resolve on‑site technical issues. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Monitor material procurement, inventory, and timely availability of MEP resources. Assist in preparing project schedules, MIS reports, and MEP progress dashboards. Support testing & commissioning (T&C) activities and ensure systems are fully functional prior to handover.

About You (Key Selection Criteria) Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ELV, fire‑fighting, and building services systems. Experience coordinating MEP works for hotels, commercial buildings, or large‑scale developments. Proficiency in reading drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and MEP design standards. Skilled in project planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera. Excellent communication, documentation, and cross‑team coordination abilities. Experience with high‑end hospitality or hill‑terrain projects is an added advantage.
