Summary
PTR Global is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to support business development efforts across U.S.-based accounts. This role focuses on remote lead generation, client acquisition, and securing SOW-based staffing engagements within the workforce solutions industry. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding client relationships, driving revenue growth, and positioning PTR Global as a trusted staffing partner. This is an ideal opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Job Description
Identify and prospect new client opportunities across the U.S. market, with a focus on staffing services and SOW engagements.
Execute remote lead generation strategies, including cold outreach via email and other digital channels.
Build, manage, and nurture strong client relationships while gaining a deep understanding of client workforce needs.
Partner with internal delivery and leadership teams to develop tailored staffing solutions and client proposals.
Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close.
Grow and expand existing accounts to maximize revenue and long-term partnership value.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to uncover new opportunities.
Clearly articulate PTR Global’s value proposition to prospective and existing clients.
Consistently meet or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within staffing or workforce solutions.
Strong knowledge of the U.S. market with hands-on experience in remote lead generation and client acquisition.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
