We’re a premier culinary institution that teaches both aspiring and experienced bakers the techniques, creativity, and passion behind every perfectly risen loaf and intricately decorated cake. As we grow our brand and broaden our audience, we’re seeking a talented Photographer & Videographer to help bring our story to life—frame by frame.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a versatile and imaginative content creator who can capture the vibrant energy of our classrooms, the beauty of our baked creations, and the excitement of our student experiences. You’ll be responsible for producing visual content that elevates our brand and engages our online and offline communities.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos for marketing, website, and social media platforms. - Document live classes, workshops, and behind-the-scenes moments at the Academy. - Coordinate with instructors, students, and staff to stage, film, and photograph course activities and featured products. - Produce a variety of content types: promo videos, tutorials, interviews, testimonials, time-lapses, and event highlights. - Edit and deliver polished, on-brand visual assets using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve. - Ensure consistent visual identity and storytelling across all channels. - Maintain and organize media assets and manage equipment inventory.

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer with a strong, diverse portfolio (bonus for food or culinary work). - Skilled in studio and natural lighting techniques. - Proficient in post-production editing, color grading, and audio syncing. - Creative eye with strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail. - Comfortable working in a dynamic, educational setting with people of all experience levels. - Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Experience in creating content for Instagram Reels and YouTube is a plus.
