Key Responsibilities Editing & Retouching:

Enhance, manipulate, and color-correct images to meet high-quality and brand standards. Content Selection:

Choose, edit, and position photos that complement text in publications or web content. Coordination:

Plan and coordinate photography assignments, assign projects to photographers, and manage deadlines. Asset Management:

Organize and maintain photo archives/libraries. Collaboration:

Work with editors, photographers, and advertising teams to align on visual concepts. Logistics & Rights:

Obtain rights to photographs and manage permissions for location shoots. Workable +5 Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:

2–3+ years of experience in photo editing, content management, or a similar creative role. Software Proficiency:

Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other editing software Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of digital technology, file formats, and color management. Portfolio:

A strong portfolio demonstrating editing skills and creative vision. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Journalism, or a related field. Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail, ability to handle tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills.
