Role Overview:
The Global HR Head will be a strategic partner to the executive leadership team and will report directly to the CEO. This role will be responsible for defining and driving CloudLabs global people strategy while leading and scaling the HR function across geographies. The incumbent will oversee end-to-end HR operations, Talent Acquisition, compliance, leadership development, and culture building to support a fast-growing global IT organization.

Key Responsibilities
Global HR Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute the global HR strategy aligned with CloudLabs business objectives and growth plans
Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent, culture, organization design, and workforce planning
Build scalable HR frameworks to support rapid growth and global expansion
HR Operations & Governance
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management across geographies—from hiring to exit
Own and oversee the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, ensuring hiring strategies align with business growth plans
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and governance of employee data across HR systems
Drive standardization and optimization of HR processes globally
Oversee payroll, audits, and HR compliance in partnership with Finance and Legal teams
Statutory & Global Compliance
Ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, LWF, POSH, labor acts)
Oversee global compliance requirements in coordination with regional partners
Ensure audit readiness and timely statutory filings
Talent, Performance & Culture
Lead performance management frameworks, goal setting, annual appraisals, and career development programs
Drive leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential talent programs
Foster a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture across regions
Oversee employee engagement, recognition, and grievance redressal mechanisms
Employee Experience & Engagement
Champion employee experience initiatives across onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding
Drive internal communication strategies, including quarterly townhalls and leadership forums
Serve as the HR SPOC for leadership-led initiatives and organization-wide communication
Reporting, Analytics & Digital HR
Provide strategic HR dashboards and insights on headcount, attrition, productivity, and workforce trends
Leverage HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making
Lead HR digital transformation, automation, and effective use of HR tools (e.g., GreytHR, Smartsheet)
Stakeholder & Business Partnership
Partner with Business, IT, Finance, and Legal leaders to enable operational excellence
Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve complex HR matters
Support M&A integrations, organizational restructuring, and change initiatives
Additional Responsibilities
Oversee travel coordination policies and governance where applicable
Travel to the Gujarat office on a quarterly basis or as business demands
Represent HR in executive and board-level discussions as required
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
15+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership or global HR head role
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws with exposure to global HR practices
Proven experience in HR transformation, scaling organizations, and process automation
Prior experience in IT / Consulting organizations is highly preferred
