AI Automation Engineer

We are hiring a hands-on AI Automation Engineer who actively uses modern AI development platforms such as Cursor, Lovable, Claude, and similar AI-assisted coding tools to design, prototype, and ship real working systems.

This is a builder role for someone who collaborates with AI as part of their daily workflow and knows how to turn ideas into production-ready automations quickly and reliably.

The ideal candidate understands how to connect applications, data, and platforms into structured systems that solve real operational and product challenges.

You will work directly with founders, product, and engineering to build internal tools, automation systems, and lightweight software infrastructure that increase speed, clarity, and execution across the business.

Responsibilities

• Use AI-assisted development platforms such as Cursor, Claude, Lovable, and similar tools as part of your daily workflow • Design, prototype, and deploy automation systems and internal tools • Build and maintain integrations across analytics platforms, CRMs, ad systems, Slack, databases, APIs, and internal applications • Translate product and operational requirements into scalable automation solutions • Rapidly iterate on systems based on feedback and performance • Convert MVPs into stable, production-ready components • Review, debug, and refine AI-generated logic and code before deployment • Implement structured error handling and safeguard mechanisms • Ensure reliability, maintainability, and clarity across all systems • Document workflows, system logic, and architectural decisions clearly • Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to ship high-impact solutions • Stay current with evolving AI-assisted development ecosystems

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience using Cursor, Lovable, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development platforms • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, and system design principles • Experience reviewing and improving AI-generated code • Experience building real, actively used automation systems or internal tools • Experience integrating three or more external systems within a workflow • Ability to move from idea to working system efficiently • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments • Strong problem-solving ability and product mindset • Clear communication skills and independent execution ability

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating marketing, analytics, or data platforms into operational workflows • Familiarity with modern backend systems or scripting environments • Experience building internal SaaS style tools • Startup or product-driven team experience
