results-driven Sales Manager

who can lead client acquisition, manage relationships, and drive revenue growth while collaborating closely with design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

end-to-end sales process , from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and post-sales coordination. Understand client requirements and recommend

interior solutions aligned with their lifestyle, needs, and budgets . Prepare and share

detailed, customised quotations and proposals . Present proposals, handle negotiations, and

close deals in line with company revenue targets . Act as the

primary point of contact for clients

throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and reporting via

CRM tools or spreadsheets . Build strong client relationships to drive

customer satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business .

Ideal Candidate Profile

4+ years of experience in

interior design

preferred. Strong consultative selling and client relationship skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Ability to understand drawings, layouts, or design concepts (training can be provided). Target-driven with a strong ownership mindset. Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams.
