About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to lead the development of modern, scalable frontend applications. You will work extensively with React.js and Next.js, contribute to micro-frontend architecture, and help shape frontend standards across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex frontend features using React.js, and Next.js
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable frontend architectures
- Develop and integrate micro-frontend solutions
- Ensure high code quality through reviews and best practices
- Collaborate closely with backend, DevOps, and product teams
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers
- Drive performance, accessibility, and maintainability improvements
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with React and Next.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 and above) and Typescript
• Strong experience with React
• Experience using Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Deep understanding of component-based and modular frontend architecture
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Required Skills

- Experience with modern design tools like Figma, Adobe
- Understanding of frontend security and performance best practices
- Exposure to cloud-based application environments
