About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and LLM fine‑tuning. The ideal candidate should also bring foundational knowledge of Electrical concepts and an academic background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. - Build and optimize Computer Vision solutions for classification, detection, and automation tasks. - Work on NLP pipelines, including text classification, entity extraction, summarization, and language modeling. - Implement and fine‑tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain‑specific tasks. - Develop and experiment with Generative AI models (GANs, diffusion models, prompt engineering, etc.). - Write clean, efficient, and production‑ready Python code. - Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into products or systems. - Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and performance optimization. - Apply engineering fundamentals and electrical concepts to build AI solutions relevant to industrial use cases. - Document models, experiments, and workflows clearly and thoroughly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, etc. - Hands‑on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and statistical modeling. - Expertise in Computer Vision (OpenCV, CNNs, segmentation, OCR, object detection). - Practical experience with NLP pipelines and transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, T5, LLaMA, etc.). - Experience with Generative AI, model training/fine‑tuning, prompt engineering. - Deep understanding of LLMs and familiarity with fine‑tuning and RAG workflows. - Knowledge of Electrical concepts and ability to apply engineering principles to AI/ML use cases. - Strong grounding in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (academic degree or practical experience).

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Familiarity with MLOps tools such as Docker, MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
