PAN India Job Summary: Job Description for SAP PP : Responsibilities: • Support PP Blueprint activities (process design, rules, integration points). • Analyse selected ERPF specifics (PLM, MES, Serial Numbers, Installed Base). • Identify gaps and propose adaptations for the TET solution. • Support analysis for Flexible Planning, LIS structures, planning tables, characteristics, and planning keys. • Prepare functional documentation (FS, process notes, mappings). • Support PP data migration design (materials, BOMs, ECNs, documents, routings, work centers). • Coordinate with offshore technical teams for design clarifications. Required Skills: • 5–7 years SAP PP experience. • Strong knowledge of PP module. • Experience with RICEF analysis and functional specifications. • Knowledge of S&OP concepts and experience with Flexible Planning (LIS, planning tables, macros). • Familiarity with SAP Information Structures (LIS). • Experience with PLM/MES integration is a plus.

Job Description For SAP QM : SAP ECC QM Overall: 10+ years with SAP Quality Management demonstrated hands on experience in design, configuration and implementation of SAP ECC Quality Management (QM) Configuration: • Configuration of master data: inspection plans, MICs (Master Inspection Characteristics), and catalogues. • Setting up inspection lots, inspection types, and inspection points. • Defining and managing quality control parameters in SAP. Integration with Other SAP Modules: • SAP MM (Materials Management): QM in procurement, vendor evaluation, and inspection at goods receipt. • SAP PP (Production Planning): In-process inspection and integration with production orders. • SAP SD (Sales and Distribution): Quality certificates for outbound deliveries. • SAP PM (Plant Maintenance): Integration for equipment calibration and inspection. Custom Developments (RICEFW): • Writing functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows. • Collaborating with ABAP developers for customizations. Application Life Cycle Management • Must understand deliverables related to a project lifecycle. • Must be able to create and/or review Functional Design Specifications • Must be able to create and execute test plans related to SAP QM and integrated processes using. • Must be able to create and execute cut-over to production support plans. • Ability to works independently and without oversight. • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. • Ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment. • Able to create end user training documents • Support and train super users Data migrations and security • Expertise in data migration tools like LSMW, BDC, or Migration Cockpit for QM-related master and transactional data. • Configuring QM-specific roles and authorizations in collaboration with the security team.
