build where the work actually happens .

What you’ll do

Embed directly into customer workflows to understand real problems, constraints, and edge cases Build and deploy AI-driven systems that run in production, not just demos or pilots Prototype quickly, ship early versions, and iterate based on real usage Work across engineering, product, and customer teams to turn field insights into scalable solutions Own outcomes end-to-end, from discovery through deployment and improvement

Who this role is for

3–7 years of experience building and operating production systems Strong hands-on engineering skills (Python, TypeScript, or similar) Experience working directly with customers or business teams Comfortable with ambiguity, evolving requirements, and real-world constraints Systems thinker who designs workflows, not just features Naturally curious, enjoys digging into roadblocks, and gets things done Great communication skills are a huge bonus , especially the ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to have:

experience with agent-based AI systems, AI orchestration, or automation where systems take action, not just generate output.
