Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee the daily HR operations, including maintaining and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, coordinating performance management, handling employee grievances, and facilitating HR processes that support organizational goals. This role also demands active collaboration with other departments to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and handling Employee Relations - Experience in implementing and maintaining HR Policies - Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices - Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work on-site in Sanand and adapt to a dynamic work environment - Proficiency in HR software and tools is an added advantage - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
