Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Law Officer located in Mumbai. The Law Officer will be responsible for managing legal affairs and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Daily tasks include engaging in litigation, legal writing, attending court hearings, and overseeing project-related legal documentation and agreements. The role also involves providing legal counsel on various matters and collaborating with different departments to mitigate legal risks.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Law and Courts Experience in Litigation and Legal Writing Project Management skills for handling legal aspects of real estate and infrastructure projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related field; additional certifications are a plus Experience in real estate and infrastructure sectors is beneficial
