We’re Hiring: Deputy Manager - Data Scientist / Machine Learning

Experience: 6–9 Years

Education: B.Tech

Industry: Off-Highway Equipment/ Automobile/ Heavy industries

✨ What We’re Looking For

Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, GenAI, or Advanced Analytics.

- Proven ability to build, deploy, and scale data-driven solutions in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership

Lead the full lifecycle — data gathering, pipeline development, model building, evaluation, and deploying into production.

Programming & Tools

- Strong expertise in Python and/or R - Advanced SQL skills - Experience with leading AI/ML frameworks: pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, and OpenAI APIs

☁️ Cloud & Infrastructure

- Practical experience working in cloud-based ML environments - Familiarity with AWS for ETL, model development, deployment, and orchestration

ML / DL Expertise

Strong understanding of supervised & unsupervised techniques, with the ability to apply them to real business problems.

Data Pipelines & Architecture

Experience designing end-to-end data pipelines and scalable ML solution architectures, taking models from prototype to production.

⚙️ MLOps (Preferred)

Knowledge of best practices including model versioning, CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.

Experience with tools like MLflow, DVC, Airflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc., is a strong plus.
