Role Overview

As a

Senior SEO Analyst , you will be the strategic engine behind organic growth. This isn't just about tracking rankings, it’s about translating complex data into actionable roadmaps. You will own the SEO lifecycle from technical audits and keyword discovery to content strategy and performance reporting ensuring our digital presence is both visible and authoritative.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Auditing:

Conduct regular technical SEO audits (crawl errors, site speed, schema markup) and provide prioritized fix-lists for the engineering team. Keyword & Gap Analysis:

Identify high-value search intent opportunities and perform competitive gap analyses to capture market share. On-Page Optimization:

Oversee meta data, header structures, internal linking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for key landing pages. Content Collaboration:

Partner with the content team to ensure all assets are optimized for both users and search engines. Performance Tracking:

Build and maintain automated dashboards to track KPIs like organic traffic, CTR, keyword volatility, and ROI. Link Strategy:

Develop and oversee ethical backlink acquisition strategies and brand mention monitoring.

What we're looking for

Experience & Skills Proven Track Record:

2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a portfolio of successful organic growth projects. Tool Mastery:

Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools (Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush) Technical Literacy:

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how JavaScript affects crawling/indexing. Data Proficiency:

Ability to manipulate large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets to find \"the story\" behind the numbers.

Mindset Analytical Curiosity:

You don’t just see a drop in traffic, you enjoy the \"detective work\" required to find out why. Adaptability:

You stay calm when Google drops a core update and can pivot strategy quickly. Ownership:

What will make you stand out

Technical Depth:

Experience with Log File Analysis or implementing advanced Schema (JSON-LD). Niche Expertise:

Background in specific sectors like E-commerce, SaaS, or local SEO. Programmatic SEO:

Experience using automation or AI tools to scale keyword research and content optimization. Coding Skills:

Ability to write Python scripts for data scraping or SQL for querying internal databases.
