Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent modern automation tools. Execute manual, functional, UI, and regression testing across platforms. Conduct end-to-end API testing using Postman, RestAssured, Swagger, or similar tools. Perform performance/load testing using JMeter or equivalent tools. Validate and test AI/ML-powered features. Ensure seamless integration of test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). Own and manage the defect lifecycle using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Mentor and coach junior QA engineers. Maintain clear documentation of test plans, cases, reports, and QA metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in QA (Manual & Automation) Strong knowledge of manual testing, functional, UI, and regression testing. Hands-on experience with modern automation tools such as: Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / TestNG / equivalent frameworks. Experience in REST API testing using Postman, Swagger, or scripting tools like RestAssured. Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter or equivalent). Experience or exposure to AI Testing / ML-based systems. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Lifecycle. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication, reporting, and collaboration skills
