Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring project plans are implemented effectively and in accordance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, supervising on-site activities, monitoring progress, ensuring timely billing, ensuring quality control, and resolving any operational challenges that arise on the site.

Qualifications

Proficiency in on-site management and supervision, ensuring work progresses efficiently and on schedule Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders Experience in quality control processes to ensure compliance with established standards and project specifications Knowledge and expertise in Luxury Interior practices and design principles A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field Knowledge of MS Office and billing as per DSR and proper mode of measurement. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions under pressure Previous experience in a similar role within the Interior or construction industry is preferred
