Purpose of the Position

Coordinate development in the field of construction, release & development time plans of CMP+ battery cells/components.

Prepares analyses, discusses documents of technical nature in connection with battery assembly, in the area of CMP+ battery cells /components.

Participates in committees with VW development and with suppliers in the field of CMP+ battery cells /components. Supervises at consideration of technical, financial, quality and After Sales requirements for CMP cars in connection with CMP batteries. Prepares technical solution proposals including time plans in assigned area for CMP+ battery cells EU/components. Analyzes proposed solutions from suppliers in the assigned area for CMP+ battery cells EU/components. Prepares and presents reports on the status of the CMP+ battery cells EU/components in the assigned area.

- Resolve technical Issues, change management & release process - Supplier Guidelines with exact technical changes & documentation and releases - Resolving Technical failure of Production and Field related to the change management & releases. - Release recommendation check and documents preparations

Skills Required

- Communication in English - Analytical & problem solving skills - Good knowledge about automobile technics - Product development knowledge for ICE BEV components including High Voltage Battery components - Good administrative skills : ability to plan , develop and structure
