Investment Fellowship
The Hashed Emergent Investment Fellowship is a high-intensity, invite-only program designed for exceptional talent at the intersection of venture capital, blockchain, and AI.
Over next 12 months, you will operate as an embedded member of our investment team. You will work directly with Partners across thesis creation, deal sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio support.
This is not an internship. It’s a launchpad for the next generation of Web3 investors, founders, and ecosystem leaders.
We are selecting one Fellow.
What You’ll Do
Conducting market analysis, primary and secondary research on different domains under web3 ecosystem, authoring deeply analysed thematic reports
Spot tomorrow’s web3 unicorns today by researching and building theses on emerging Web3 trends.
Track adoption of blockchain across non-crypto industries, identifying high-impact crossover opportunities.
Source, qualify, and evaluate startups using both top-down and bottom-up approaches.
Lead deep-dive diligence on product, technology, market, and founding teams.
Craft compelling investment memos and present directly to the Investment Committee.
Support negotiations and deal execution with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners.
Work closely with portfolio companies to help them integrate Web3 capabilities and scale faster.
Represent Hashed Emergent at top-tier conferences, closed-door investor gatherings, and founder communities.
Publish articles on emerging Web3 themes to position yourself and Hashed Emergent as an authority in the space.
Conduct comprehensive diligence (product, people, technology, market) to maximise investment success.
AI Expectation
We believe the next generation of investors must be AI-native.
You should have strong working experience with AI tools, research copilots, automation systems, or intelligent agents. You should be comfortable leveraging AI to:

Who We’re Looking For
This program is designed for high-caliber, high-conviction talent who want to build a career in
venture capital or launch a Web3 venture.
1+ years in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, high-growth startups, crypto-native roles, or exceptional fresh graduates with strong research/entrepreneurial experience
Deep curiosity about blockchain and decentralized systems
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High ownership mindset
Ability to operate independently with speed and precision
