Digital Marketing Manager

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Near DLF Phase 1 Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Package: 9.5-12LPA

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Digital Marketing Manager to lead our entire digital marketing division.

This is a leadership role for someone with a strong grip on performance marketing, social media management, and Shopify website operations — someone who can work closely with management to shape brand strategy and drive execution through a cross-functional digital team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Developing and executing performance-driven digital strategies

Scaling paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms

Managing and optimizing Shopify website performance and conversion funnels

Overseeing organic and paid social media strategy

Leading the digital team (content, design, and video) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution

Monitoring KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue growth

Staying ahead of digital trends, tools, and emerging technologies

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of strong hands-on experience in performance marketing

Proven ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns profitably

Technical expertise in Shopify website management

Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

Experience leading and mentoring a digital/creative team

Ability to align digital execution with overall brand strategy

Experience with local marketing campaigns is a plus but not mandatory.
