We are building a retention-led gaming ecosystem and are looking for a
Creative Lead (Graphic + Video)
to own all visual output across paid and organic channels.
Creative velocity = growth velocity.
This role is not just about aesthetics.
It’s about designing creatives that convert, engage, and scale.
What You’ll Own
Visual identity and creative direction
Gameplay video edits (short-form + performance ads)
Paid ad creatives (static + motion)
UGC-style formats for creator alignment
Rapid creative testing cycles
Creative support for both performance & organic teams
You will work closely with performance and organic leads to continuously iterate on creatives based on data.
What You’ll Be Measured On
Creative output volume
Performance of creatives in paid campaigns
Organic engagement performance
Turnaround time
Visual consistency across channels
If creatives look good but don’t convert — that’s not success.
Ideal Profile
4–8+ years in performance-focused creative roles
Strong video editing experience (short-form mandatory)
Experience working on gaming, fintech, or app-based products
Comfortable producing high-volume creative variations
Data-aware and performance-minded
Strong understanding of hooks (first 3 seconds matter)
You understand that:
A great hook is worth more than a beautiful design.
