Job Description:- Strong hands-on expertise in

ServiceNow ITOM modules , including: Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Orchestration Deep understanding of

CMDB architecture , data modeling, dependency mapping, and maintaining CMDB data integrity. Solid knowledge of

ITIL

and

ITOM best practices . ServiceNow CSA

and relevant

ITOM certifications

(e.g., Discovery, Service Mapping). Excellent communication skills with strong ability to interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Good to Have Skills Experience integrating ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools such as

SolarWinds ,

Nagios ,

Splunk , or similar. Knowledge of

cloud discovery

and managing hybrid (on-prem + cloud) infrastructures. Background in

automation frameworks , orchestration workflows, or runbook automation. Advanced

ITIL certifications

or

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

credentials. Familiarity with

DevOps

principles and

AIOps

concepts
