Experience: 4+ Years Team: Data Operations Role Type: Production Support & Platform Administration Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad (BPMLinks) Job Summary We are looking for a DevOps / Data Platform Engineer with 4+ years of experience to support and administer our data platforms. The role focuses on production support, AWS cloud & data operations, database administration and close collaboration with the Data Engineering team to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure data systems. Key Responsibilities Production Support - Provide L2/L3 production support for data pipelines and platforms - Monitor system health, data loads, and job failures - Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within SLA - Participate in on-call rotation and incident management DevOps & Automation - Work with CI/CD pipelines for data and platform deployments - Automate operational tasks using scripts (Python/Shell) - Support cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred) - Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams on reliability improvements Collaboration - Work closely with Data Engineers, Analytics, and DevOps teams - Assist with deployments, migrations, and platform upgrades - Document operational processes and runbooks Required Skills & Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Data Operations, or Production Support - Strong hands-on experience with Terraform - Solid understanding of data pipelines and distributed systems - Experience with Linux, scripting (Python/Shell) - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) with Glue - Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
