Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRMIS, and personnel files.
- Handle employee queries related to HR operations, attendance, leave, and benefits.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure computation of salaries, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and payroll accounting.
- Prepare and issue salary slips, Form 16, and payroll-related reports.
- Manage full and final settlements and gratuity calculations.
- Compliance with labor laws including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable statutes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
