focused on selling software, platforms, and IT solutions — not branding, content, or creative services.
Role Summary
We are looking for a
hands-on technology sales professional (4–7 years experience)
to drive new business for custom software, digital platforms, integrations, automation, and AI-led solutions.
This is an
execution-focused individual contributor role
suited for professionals actively involved in pipeline generation, solution selling, and deal closure —
not senior leadership or enterprise head roles .
What You’ll Sell
Custom web and mobile applications
Enterprise platforms (LMS, CMS, CRM, portals)
API integrations and automation solutions
Low-code / rapid prototyping solutions
AI, data, and workflow optimization solutions
Legacy modernization and digital transformation
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified technology opportunities
Identify, qualify, and close B2B software and platform deals
Conduct discovery conversations with technical and business stakeholders
Prepare solution proposals with support from internal technical teams
Lead demos, RFP responses, and solution presentations
Negotiate commercials and support contract closure
Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline forecasting, and reporting
Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery teams
Required Experience
4–7 years
in SaaS, IT services, or software solutions sales
Exposure to proposal writing, demos, and consultative selling
Demonstrated ability to close ₹1.5–3 Cr annual revenue OR manage equivalent pipeline
Proven experience closing B2B technology deals
Experience managing 2–6 month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Working understanding of software development, APIs, and cloud ecosystems
Key Skills
Consultative and solution-led selling
Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
Strong proposal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Commercial awareness of pricing and project effort estimation
CRM discipline and structured pipeline management
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
