Centre of Renewable Energy

(CORE) has been established as a world class, mission-oriented Advisory and Academy catering to needs of OEMs, IPPs, component suppliers, industry leaders, executives and engineers. CORE acts as an enabler to ensure timely implementation of design, testing, and quality processes to achieve certifications. CORE focuses on all-round development of individuals and meeting the exacting requirements necessary to enhance competencies in RE technologies. We support industries and individuals (including educational institutions) in assessing, designing, implementing, conducting and refining energy related education programs.

3. Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Trainer to Join CORE Academy with 6–8 years of experience in the Wind Energy sector. The role involves designing and delivering technical training programs for installation, commissioning, and O&M teams, ensuring alignment with OEM standards such as Inox Wind, Suzlon, ReGen Power Tech, Siemens Gamesa, GE and Enercon.

The position plays a critical role in enhancing technical competency, safety awareness, and operational efficiency across project sites.

4. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver technical training programs for wind turbine systems (40%) Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-site practical training sessions (20%) Prepare training manuals, SOPs, technical modules, and assessment materials (10%) Ensure training alignment with OEM standards and safety compliance (10%) Assess trainee performance and provide feedback & certification (10%) Identify technical skill gaps and recommend improvement plans (5%) Maintain training records, attendance, and reporting documentation (5%)

5. Qualifications: (1).Must-Have: 6–8 years of experience in Wind Energy sector Strong technical knowledge of Inox Wind, Suzlon, ReGen Power Tech, Siemens Gamesa, GE and Enercon. Preferably having e xperience on both, DFIG and Direct Drive technologies. Knowledge of BOP (Balance of Plant and Substations) Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics / Renewable Energy. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to clearly express technical concepts Immediate joiner or maximum 15 days' notice period.

(2)Nice-to-Have: Prior experience as Technical Trainer OEM certification or Safety certification Experience in site commissioning and O&M operations

6. Working Conditions / Environment: Location: Baner, Pune (HO based) Travel to wind project sites across India Combination of classroom and field training environment May require working as per site schedules during project phases
