About Our Client:
A tech-driven platform that bridges local farmers with urban consumers, delivering fresh, traceable produce and staples directly to their doors.
It combines sustainable agriculture with a direct-to-consumer retail model through both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retention & Reactivation Growth
Execute retention and reactivation campaigns across Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, Email, and other digital channels.
Design gamified and incentive-based programs with clear objectives, positioning, CTAs, and measurable outcomes.
Build and manage user cohorts based on behavioral events, attributes, and surrogate metrics.
Create personalized communication journeys using automation tools like CleverTap (or similar platforms).
Plan and maintain a structured monthly marketing calendar aligned with sales events and business priorities.
Design targeted offer constructs (coupons, cashbacks, bundles) for different customer segments.
Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance to improve repeat rate, frequency, and ROI.
2. Subscription Business Ownership
Conceptualize and launch subscription offers, bundles, and loyalty programs.
Develop differentiated subscription strategies based on customer behavior, competitive landscape, and market insights.
Drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and upsell initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing for impactful subscriber-focused communication, creatives, and campaign narratives.
Execute subscription campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Work closely with operations and product teams to ensure seamless execution and customer experience.
3. Analytics & Optimization
Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and cohort performance to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct A/B testing and continuous experimentation to improve conversion and engagement rates.
Work closely with the Analytics team to derive actionable insights and measure campaign effectiveness.
Track key KPIs including retention rate, repeat rate, churn rate, subscription conversion, and LTV.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
Partner with marketing, analytics, product, and operations teams to execute initiatives efficiently.
Leverage user research, feedback, and market trends to continuously improve growth strategies.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in retention marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or subscription-led businesses.
Strong understanding of user segmentation, cohort analysis, and behavioral marketing.
Hands-on experience with engagement automation tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Excel (or similar tools) for analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Experience in offer design, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Highly organized, disciplined, and execution-focused.
Customer-first mindset with a proactive and creative approach to growth.
