Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru requires a Freelancer specializing in META and Google Ads. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on META platforms and Google Ads to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Key day-to-day tasks include designing ad creatives, analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, managing budgets, and staying updated with the latest trends and algorithm updates in online advertising.

Qualifications Expertise in META Ads Manager and Google Ads for designing, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics, tracking ROI, and A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness Strong understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, and digital advertising strategies Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to adapt to on-site work in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with team members Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and advertising algorithms Experience in e-commerce or in the fragrance or luxury industry is an advantage
