The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB governance, and CSDM alignment to support enterprise IT operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with strong hands-on experience in CMDB and CSDM implementation. The candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining CMDB data models, aligning services with CSDM standards, and ensuring data accuracy, governance, and operational efficiency across ITSM and ITOM modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CMDB architecture within ServiceNow. - Implement and align CSDM framework with organizational service models. - Configure and manage ITSM and ITOM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Discovery, and Service Mapping. - Ensure CMDB data accuracy, reconciliation, and governance. - Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and monitoring tools. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. - Provide best practices for CMDB health, data modeling, and service mapping. - Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities.

Qualification & Certification

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM / ITOM) – Preferred - CSDM implementation experience is highly desirable
