Mandatory: This is a Sr Hana DBA Role working on Critical customer support incidents .We encourage only those candidates who has worked extensively on Hana DBA performance issues and also very well aware of Hana Architecture

Level:Senior

Senior DBA skill with Tool / Automation (SAP HANA) Work Experience:

• Experience in Operations Support in a Global Team

• SLA up keeping and Customer Satisfaction initiatives

Database Specific:

• Experience in different database concepts for HANA

• SAP Product suite knowledge is an added plus

• Exposure to the automation tools /scripting or processes

• DB installations and upgrade, Planning, setup and implementation.

• Providing technical expertise and support in optimizing and tuning of Systems

• Organize / Structure day2day documentation

• Continuous support of SAP systems and problem solving.

• Development of concepts and tools to solve and prevent problems and to increase efficiency

• Working in international teams and driving global knowledge transfer and best practices

• DB performance optimization on detailed level

• Willingness to take on call duty/Weekend tasks.

• DB Concept on Security, Backup and recovery strategies, performance tuning, System Copy, high availability and disaster recovery strategy, export-import , replication is must. Basis knowledge candidate is preferred

General:

• Strong communication skills.

• Strong academic degree in Business management.

• should have good Automation skills and willing to improve tools in operations.

• PMP or ITIL certification is a consideration

• Understanding of, and experience with, server-client computing and relational databases.

• Good understanding of the organizations goals and objectives

• Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
