Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Site Engineer to oversee civil and infrastructure projects in Vizag. We are a PMC Company.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in managing construction sites, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects within deadlines and budgets. Preference will be given to local candidates familiar with Vizag's regulatory environment, suppliers, and workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from initiation to completion.

• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per design, quality, and safety standards.

• Manage Main contractor and design Coordination.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients and stakeholders.

• Resolve technical issues and delays promptly.

• Maintain project documentation, contracts, and reports.

• QA/QC Works and reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and local building regulations.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera/AutoCAD preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple contractors and local workforce.

• Preference for candidates based in Vizag or nearby areas.
