Repair/Parts Techliner Agent

Key Responsibilities :

Experience in the automotive or equivalent industry Mechanical or electrical technician degree and Master Tech (or industry equivalent) certifications Technical expertise in vehicle repairability Previous experience as a service technician or field expert is an asset Experience as a Techline and areas related to customer satisfaction in the automotive industry OEM systems, diagnostic tools, and process knowledge. (OBD, CONSULT III+, DRV, Midtronics, Borescope, compress meter) Multicultural and cross-functional mindset Good written and oral English skills, including industry terminology, and fluent in at least one European language (B1 level) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work both independently & as part of a team Ability to communicate on all levels to dealers, RBUs, NSCs, Techline Engineers and management inside and outside the organization Language preferences : French/Italian/German/Spanish/Turkish/Dutch (Fluency - Read & Write)
