We are looking for an experienced

Accounts & Audit Executive

with prior experience in a CA firm and strong hands-on exposure to taxation, compliance, and audit assignments.

Jacob & Associates – Chartered Accountants Immediate Joinee Location: Kottayam Experience: 2–4 Years (CA Firm experience mandatory) Articleship Completed / CA Inter Qualified Preferred Salary: ₹20000 – ₹30,000 per month

Responsibilities: ✅ A Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C) including ITC reconciliation (GSTR-2B matching) ✅

Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C) including ITC reconciliation (GSTR-2B matching) ✅

Monthly TDS computation, challan payments, and quarterly return filing (24Q, 26Q) ✅

Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (Individuals, Firms, Companies) ✅

Drafting replies to GST and Income Tax notices ✅

Maintenance and finalization of books of accounts in TallyPrime / Zoho Books ✅

Handling Statutory & Tax Audits, preparation of audit working papers and reconciliations ✅

Willingness for periodic outstation audit assignments Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C) including ITC reconciliation (GSTR-2B matching)

Who Can Apply? B.Com Graduate (Mandatory) CA Inter passed preferred Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a CA firm is mandatory

Skills required: ✔ Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions ✔ Proficiency in TallyPrime and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) ✔ Strong drafting and communication skills
