Head of Sales & Marketing

who is obsessed with growth, thinks revenue-first, and can drive the brand forward through every possible channel—online and offline. If you eat targets for breakfast and dream in campaign ROI, this role is for you. Role Overview As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will own the entire revenue engine of JJW. You’ll lead both the sales and marketing teams, drive online and offline growth, manage campaigns end-to-end, and ensure daily impact on the balance sheet. This is a leadership role that demands maximum creativity, strategic thinking, relentless execution, and the ability to find growth opportunities everywhere—from D2C e-commerce and digital advertising to brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and beyond. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth Own and drive overall sales targets across all channels—e-commerce (D2C), marketplace, and any offline/retail opportunities. Build, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals. Monitor daily impact on the balance sheet—track revenue, margins, returns, and profitability with a sharp eye on numbers. Identify and open new revenue streams including B2B partnerships, licensing deals, retail distribution, and wholesale opportunities. Optimize the entire sales funnel from awareness to purchase, reducing drop-offs and maximizing conversion rates. Marketing & Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and emerging ad platforms. Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through creative, data-backed digital advertising strategies with clear ROAS targets. Lead influencer marketing and brand collaboration initiatives—identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with creators, mom bloggers, parenting communities, and kids’ content influencers. Develop and execute offline marketing strategies including events, pop-ups, school partnerships, and community activations. Create compelling campaign ideas that stand out—think beyond conventional marketing to find innovative, attention-grabbing approaches. Team Management & Strategy Lead and manage both the sales and marketing teams—set KPIs, conduct reviews, and foster a high-performance culture. Build SOPs and scalable processes for campaign execution, lead management, and sales operations. Develop quarterly and annual marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation across channels for maximum ROI. Present regular reports to leadership with insights on performance, market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry innovations to keep JJW at the forefront of the children’s brand space.

Requirements Minimum 5–6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or growth roles with at least 2 years in a leadership/head position. Proven track record of driving revenue growth in e-commerce, D2C, or consumer brands with measurable results. Hands-on expertise in digital advertising—Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads—with strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, and LTV metrics. Experience managing and scaling sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel—from brand awareness campaigns to conversion optimization and retention strategies. Experience with influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and partnership development. Exceptional analytical skills—comfortable with data, dashboards, P&L statements, and making decisions backed by numbers. Creative mindset with the ability to think beyond traditional approaches and find growth opportunities everywhere. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have Experience in children’s brands, kids’ fashion, entertainment, or FMCG sectors. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify, or marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra). Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, and email/WhatsApp marketing platforms. Understanding of content marketing and how organic content drives commercial outcomes. MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
