Role Overview

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive topline growth for strategic sports brands on the Namshi marketplace. The role focuses on owning brand performance, building Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and executing commercial strategies to scale marketplace revenue.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Own marketplace topline (GMV) for assigned brands; drive growth through assortment expansion, pricing, and promotions - Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with partner brands, aligning on targets, launches, and investments - Manage end-to-end marketplace operations including cataloging, pricing accuracy, and stock availability to ensure smooth execution - Drive campaign planning and onsite visibility (homepage, category placements, app pushes) to improve traffic and conversion - Track and analyze key KPIs (impressions, conversion, AOV, returns, cancellations) and derive actionable insights - Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and content teams to deliver on brand and business goals

Qualifications & Experience

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, D2C - Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel (SQL is a plus) - Experience managing brands/categories, preferably in sports or fashion - Strong stakeholder management and execution skills in a fast-paced environment
