Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of coordination between clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, medical, and digital). Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs for the creative team. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure projects are delivered within deadlines. Support the team in campaign planning, execution, and reporting. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflow. Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and responsiveness. Assist in preparing presentations, status reports, and meeting notes. Ensure quality control and adherence to client requirements.

Skills & Qualifications 0–3 years of experience in advertising, healthcare advertising, digital agency, or client servicing roles. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Basic understanding of advertising, branding, and marketing processes. Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising is a plus.
