Business Development โ€“ US Sales

Location:

Noida (Onsite) Shift:

07:00 PM to 04:30 AM IST Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing US sales team. Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships. Drive the

entire sales cycle

โ€”lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closures. Collaborate with

marketing and product teams

to enhance go-to-market strategies. Stay ahead of

market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

. Present

sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics

to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications:

. Proven track record of

achieving and exceeding sales targets

in IT services, SaaS, or technology sales. Strong

leadership, team-building, and motivational skills

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

. Deep understanding of

US sales processes, customer behavior, and market dynamics

. Experience using

CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics

. Ability to

work in a night shift

and manage remote teams effectively. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent degree in

Business, Sales, or Marketing

. Experience in

enterprise sales and account management

. Knowledge of

emerging technologies and industry trends
