Business Development โ US Sales

07:00 PM to 04:30 AM IST
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing US sales team.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
Drive the
entire sales cycle
โlead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closures.
Collaborate with
marketing and product teams
to enhance go-to-market strategies.
Stay ahead of
market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
.
Present
sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven track record of
achieving and exceeding sales targets
in IT services, SaaS, or technology sales.
Strong
leadership, team-building, and motivational skills
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
.
Deep understanding of
US sales processes, customer behavior, and market dynamics
.
Experience using
CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics
.
Ability to
work in a night shift
and manage remote teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent degree in
Business, Sales, or Marketing

Experience in
enterprise sales and account management
.
Knowledge of
emerging technologies and industry trends
