Job Title: Loan DSA Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The Loan DSA Sales Manager is responsible for leading the loan sales team, achieving monthly business targets, generating high-quality leads, and driving revenue growth through strong team performance and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage Loan DSA Executives
Assign monthly targets to team members
Monitor daily performance and productivity
Conduct regular sales meetings and motivate the team
Business Development
Generate and support team in generating leads for:
Personal Loans
Business Loans
Home Loans
Loan Against Property (LAP)
Build referral networks (CA firms, builders, corporates, real estate agents, connectors)
Develop corporate tie-ups for bulk loan sourcing
Identify new business opportunities
Target & Revenue Management
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Ensure team achieves assigned login and disbursement goals
Monitor conversion ratios and improve team efficiency
Drive revenue growth through team performance
Reporting & MIS
Maintain daily login and disbursement reports
Track team performance and productivity
Analyze rejection cases and improve approval ratio
Submit regular performance reports to management
Qualification:
Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Minimum 2–5 years experience in Loan Sales / DSA / Banking
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Excellent communication and sales skills
Strong lead generation ability
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Salary Structure:
Fixed Salary: ₹ (Based on experience)
