Role Summary We are looking for a

Senior Design Verification Leader

to establish and scale an Offshore Development Center (ODC) for strategic AI semiconductor programs. This role requires a strong blend of: Deep

hands-on verification expertise ODC setup & delivery ownership Strong

customer handling Cross-functional program leadership

The candidate will anchor complete verification execution for high-performance AI SoCs / accelerator designs. Key Responsibilities Set up and scale Verification ODC in Bangalore Own end-to-end SoC/IP verification strategy and execution Define verification methodology (UVM-based, coverage-driven, formal where required) Drive test plan creation, coverage closure, regression strategy Ensure signoff metrics (functional, code, assertion, toggle coverage) Act as primary technical interface to customer Work closely with Architecture, RTL, PD, DFT, and Software teams Manage hiring, mentoring, and scaling of 5–20+ verification engineers

Required Experience & Skills 14–26 years in ASIC / SoC Design Verification Strong expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM Experience in SoC-level verification of complex designs Exposure to AI accelerator / high-performance compute / DSP / NOC / memory subsystems preferred Experience with: Formal verification CDC/RDC verification Low-power verification (UPF/CPF) Emulation / FPGA prototyping (added advantage) Strong debugging skills across RTL and Gate-level simulations Experience owning verification closure for tape-out Proven experience handling global semiconductor customers
