Sàwai Capital is a privately held, boutique alternative investment platform focused on secured private credit with focus on real-estate-backed investment structures for HNIs, UHNIs, and Family Offices.
We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to strengthen Sàwai Capital’s access to high-net-worth investor ecosystems by leveraging existing, trusted relationships and facilitating discreet, senior-level introductions.
This role is relationship-centric by design and does not involve capital onboarding, deal execution, investment management, or operational responsibilities.
Role Overview
The Senior Relationship Manager will function as a trusted relationship custodian, representing Sàwai Capital within established HNI, UHNI, and Family Office circles and enabling high-quality introductions where pre-existing relationships already exist.
The mandate is to connect, position, and steward relationships, allowing Sàwai Capital’s investment team to take conversations forward.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage existing relationships to introduce Sàwai Capital to HNIs, UHNIs, and Family Offices
Facilitate warm, discreet, high-trust introductions at a senior level
Support initial positioning discussions alongside the founder where appropriate
Act as a long-term relationship sponsor, reinforcing continuity, credibility, and trust
Maintain discretion, professionalism, and relationship integrity at all times
Strengthen Sàwai Capital’s presence within private investor and family-office ecosystems
Scope Clarification
This role is intentionally limited to relationship access and introductions.
It does not include:
Capital onboarding, KYC, or documentation
Investment deployment or portfolio oversight
Deal structuring, underwriting, or execution
Sales targets, transactional pressure, or product pushing
Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Family Office Advisory, or Investment Banking
Active, credible, and existing relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, and/or Family Offices
Proven history of facilitating successful senior-level introductions that translated into long-term investor relationships
Strong personal credibility, discretion, and professional judgement
Comfortable engaging on alternative investments and real estate at a conceptual and positioning level
Relationship-led mindset with long-term orientation
