Senior Account Executive

Role - Senior Client Servicing Executive Location - Bangalore Job Function - Client Service Years of experience - 1 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong, professional relationships. Coordinate end-to-end execution of campaigns/projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met. Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, content, design) to deliver on client expectations. Prepare clear briefs, track deliverables, and manage approvals. Identify opportunities to add value through cross-sell or up-sell within existing accounts. Support invoicing and follow-ups for monthly collections. Share regular project updates and performance reports with clients.

Desired Skills & Experience 1–3 years

of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management in an advertising, digital, or communications agency. Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
