Last year, we launched Tetr College of Business with one bold mission: reinvent how the world learns business.We teach how to learn, build, adapt, and scale without limits, across 7 different countries including USA, Singapore, Italy, UAE, Argentina, Ghana, and India.
Cut to today, we have 2 undergraduate cohorts from 50+ countries, and a network powered by voices like NAS Daily, Luisito, Airrack, Drew Binsky, and Korean Englishman. From Asia to Europe, the Middle East to North America, Tetr has become a name that sparks ambition.
And now, we’re going bigger with:

We’re looking for a
Associate Creative Director
— someone who can
write the idea, call “action” on set, and make the final edit shine . You’ll lead shoots, guide post-production, and ensure every frame, line, and sound reflects the
energy, ambition, and adventures of Tetr students .
You’ll
own content from first brainstorm to final cut , turning the ups, downs, late nights, and breakthroughs of student life into stories that inspire, entertain, and resonate globally.
What You’ll Do
Lead the
creative vision
for all Tetr content — films, social media, brand campaigns, documentaries, and podcasts.
Write and conceptualize
stories, scripts, and campaign ideas that capture student life, entrepreneurship, and global experiences.
Direct shoots
across formats: long-form documentaries, mini-series, founder stories, social content, and podcasts.
Oversee
post-production : editing, motion graphics, sound design, and final delivery, ensuring narrative, pacing, and quality excellence.
Collaborate with content, production, and marketing teams to
bring ideas to life in exciting, unexpected ways .
Mentor and inspire creative teams, including writers, editors, videographers, and designers.
Stay on top of
cultural trends, student behaviors, and social platforms
to keep content fresh, relevant, and shareable.
Ensure every story aligns with Tetr’s
brand voice and global audience expectations .
Who You Are
4-6 years of experience in
creative direction, content production, or brand storytelling .
Skilled at
writing, directing, and managing post-production , turning ideas into polished, compelling stories.
Deep understanding of
multi-format content
— long-form, short-form, social-first, podcasts, and experiential campaigns.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to
guide creative teams and collaborate cross-functionally .
Passionate about
student experiences, entrepreneurship, and global education .
A cultural radar for trends, audience engagement, and storytelling innovation.
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, evolving environment
where creativity and execution go hand in hand.
