About the Role
We are hiring a high-conviction Sales Associate / Senior Associate to drive revenue growth and investor expansion across India.
This is not a passive account management role. It is a front-line, revenue-owning position for someone who understands private markets, thrives in relationship-led sales, and is comfortable engaging with HNIs, founders, family offices, and senior decision-makers.
You will be responsible for building pipelines, closing mandates, and expanding our investor ecosystem across key Indian cities.
What You Will Own
Revenue & Growth
Drive new investor acquisition and strategic partnerships
Build and manage a strong, conversion-focused pipeline
Close mandates, memberships, and event participation
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Investor Engagement
Lead conversations with HNIs, family offices, and founders
Move prospects from first conversation to closure with structured follow-up
Build long-term investor relationships, not transactional sales
Represent the organisation with credibility in senior rooms
Market Expansion – India
Identify and activate new investor clusters across cities
Strengthen presence in Mumbai and expand into high-potential markets
Generate market intelligence to refine positioning
Support ecosystem partnerships and curated gatherings
Events & Visibility
Represent the organisation at investor forums and private events
Generate high-quality leads through networking
Confidently articulate offerings in high-stakes environments
Who This Role Is For
3–8 years of strong sales / business development experience
Proven track record of closing high-value clients
Comfortable selling into HNIs, enterprise, or investment ecosystem
Strong commercial instinct and negotiation capability
High ownership mindset with disciplined follow-through
