Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad.
The role is built around three things: conversations, site visits, and closures.
You will:
Handle qualified leads and understand real customer intent
Convert conversations into site visits
Own the full site visit journey
Drive closures with clarity and speed
Maintain strict follow-ups and CRM discipline
This is not a support role.
You are directly responsible for revenue.
Performance Expectations
15–25 site visits per month
5-10 meaningful customer interactions daily
2–5 closures per month
If site visits are low, performance is considered off-track not based on sales.
Compensation
Fixed: ₹3–8 LPA
Incentives: Uncapped, linked to performance
High performers typically earn 2x–3x fixed
Incentives for activity. Not only outcomes.
Qualifications
Must-have
1–4 years in sales (real estate, banking, insurance, financial products or high-ticket sales )
Consistent target achievement track record
Comfortable with field work (for site visits) and weekend schedules
Based in Hyderabad or willing to commute
Preferred
Experience in real estate or high-value transactions
Strong communication with ability to handle informed buyers
High ownership mindset
Structured follow-up and pipeline management
CRM and internal tools discipline
