Accounting Team Lead

with strong expertise in Australian accounting standards and team management.

Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Workflow Handover Client Relationship Management Team Leadership & Development Operational & Technical Oversight Software Expertise such as- Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, QuickBooks Online Adhere to ISO‑aligned operational policies Issue Resolution

Requirements Minimum

4+ years of experience

in Australian accounting. At least

2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role , preferably within a KPO/BPO environment. Education & Certifications-

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance. Professional qualifications preferred:

CA / CS / ACCA (Inter or Qualified). Proficiency in Australian accounting software: Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, QBO. Strong understanding of Australian BAS, GST, Payroll, and bookkeeping processes. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong leadership, people‑management, and team‑building abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
